The "MLS" dropdown located on the top of the properties search must be carefully selected. The Lenawee/Jackson MLS is predominately Lenawee and Jackson Counties. The S. W. Michigan MLS encompasses; Hillsdale, Allegan, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kalamazoo, Muskegon, Ottawa, St. Joseph and VanBuren Counties. These MLS's are so close in proximity, we recommend searching all the MLS's for your favorite Lake and or County. There will also be some duplication because a realtor might list a property in multiple MLS areas.
